How do I shop on Daraz?
Shopping on Daraz is done in 3 quick and easy steps:

1. Searching and Selecting Products
How do I search for a particular product?
Put a keyword into the search box and all products relevant to your search will be displayed. You can search with brand, model, function, product name or just a key word.Once you have found your product select "add to cart"
What if I cannot find my particular product on Shop.com.mm?
If you cannot find what you are looking for make sure it isn’t listed under a different category. If this doesn’t help, you can contact Customer Service 01-2778899 or email us at [email protected] If we do not currently carry this particular item, then please inform us as we are always looking to broaden our product selection, and keep our customers satisfied.
I am having trouble placing items in the cart. Why is this?
In order to put items in the basket, you should adjust the security settings of your browser. Adjust the security settings in Internet Explorer 6 or 7 as follows:
- Click Tools.
- In the drop down selection menu, select Internet Options.
- Click the Security tab.
- Click the "Security level for this zone" and adjust it to custom level.
- Scroll down the settings to the scripting box.
- Select "Enable" in the Active Scripting and Scripting of Java Applets box.
- Click OK.
- Click Internet Options and then OK again to accept the settings.
- Close your browser and restart it again to activate the changes made to the settings.
Adjust the security settings in Mozilla Firefox as follows:
- Click Tools.
- In the drop down selection menu, select Settings.
- Click the Content tab.
- Click OK.
2.1 How do I register?
Just fill out your email, billing address and telephone number and you’re all done.
What does it mean to login?
You have to login to have full access on Daraz. After you register, you need to fill in your email address and password to login to your Daraz account. If you are a new user, then you can register in a few easy steps and create your own Daraz account.
2.2 How do I pay?
Daraz offers you the following payment methods:
2.2.1 Payment via card
Daraz accepts cards. Your card information is safe and secure, and is encoded in our system by using SSL technology.
When choosing to pay with a Verve card, you will be redirected to our secure payment gateway to enter your Verve card details.
2.2.2 EFT (electronic funds transfer)
This payment method requires the customer to transfer money directly from his/her account into Daraz’s account, through computer-based systems.
If you select EFT, you will be redirected to our secure payment gateway and asked to select your bank. The details for the EFT payment will then be displayed, along with instructions regarding references etc.
Why should I use the EFT option? EFT is convenient in that it is not time consuming and it’s easy to use. Daraz also creates a safe and trustworthy banking environment for the benefit of the customers and the company
2.2.3 COD (Cash on Delivery)
Pay for your purchase in cash when it is delivered to your door. This is an easy payment option that only requires you to have the correct amount of cash when your package is delivered, as our delivery men do not carry petty cash.
3. Shipping and Delivery
How long does it take for delivery?
Our delivery times are 1-3 working days for main city centers and 3-5 working days for outlying areas.
Daraz wants to deliver on time as promised. However, things happen and so we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.
Can my parcel be delivered to an office address?
Yes, your parcel can be delivered to an office address. You must enter the address along with your full name upon checkout.
What is the postage & handling charge on orders?
Delivery is free of charge as part of Daraz's Launch promotion.
My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do?
Please allow at least 10 business days for your order to arrive. You are able to track the status of your order using the tracking ID sent to you. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Service.
What if I am not home at the time of delivery?
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email to confirm that your package is on its way to your door. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we will leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the courier. We will do as much as we possibly can to make sure you get your order.
