Author Information

 Elizabeth Moore is a senior lecturer and head of the department of art and archeology at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. John Falconer is a curator at the British Library and is the author of A Vision of the Past, the first detailed history of photography in Singapore and Malaysia. Luca Ivernizzi Tettoni is a professional photographer who worked in Asia from 1973 until his death in 2013. Alfred Birnbaum is a translator and lived in Yangon from 1996 to 2001.
