HOW TO KNOW IF MY PRODUCT IS UNDER WARRANTY?


Shop.com.mm works with the best suppliers and vendors to provide the best and affordable products to its customers.
At times, things go wrong with these products. Luckily, our brands are committed to our customers as much as we are. They show that commitment through warranties.
Warranty ensures that if anything goes wrong, that is not the customer’s fault, your product can be repaired or replaced. Warranty is available on select brands and products.

How do I know if my product has a warranty?

On the product page, on the right of the product, there is a field for warranty.

If the product has a warranty, this field will be filled with the duration as shown below.





How can I activate my warranty ?

If you call Shop within 7 days after Delivery, your product may still be returnable without using the warranty. Check ourReturn policy for detailed information.


If it’s over 7 days since delivery and the product has a warranty:

Please contact the service center phone number provided on your warranty card or call Shop and we will provide the contact for you.


If it’s over 7 days since delivery and the product has no warranty:

Unfortunately Shop will be unable to cover the item and you will be responsible for repairing costs.

How do I go about servicing my product?

Please send the product(s) directly to the respective Service Center stated on your warranty card or given to you by Shop. Shop can provide the assistance in sending the product to the service center but the charges will be applied. For a prompt warranty claim kindly include all the accessories, and the documents included in packaging.




Where are the service centers?

Please refer to the service center details on the warranty card included with your product.

If there is no warranty card with your product, please check the user manual or product packaging for more details.

If my product is within warranty duration, do I need to pay for repairs?

If your product is within warranty duration and the damage meets the warranty service requirements stated on the warranty card, you don't have to worry about the repairing cost. The service will be provided free of charge.




If my product is out of warranty duration, do I need to pay for repairs?

If your product is out of warranty duration the service center will provide the reparation service upon your request however the service fee will apply.
We suggest you to repair the product at the authorized service center which details are provided on your warranty card for better quality services.
