Need to return a product?
You may return products if you received the wrong product, faulty product or if your item is covered in return period.

Can the item be returned?
The following product types cannot be returned:
  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Skincare, Cosmetics, Perfumes
  • Personal hygiene items such as earrings, wigs and combs
  • Consumables such as grocery and beverages

Is it within 7 days from date of delivery?
Yes it is within 7 days of delivery:

Electronics and General Merchandise:
  • Faulty products:
    • Dead-on-arrival items: Items which do not turn on at arrival (replacement/voucher possible)
    • Defective items: Items which do not function as described in specifications (repair/replacement).
    Item must be return with its original packaging and include all accessories
  • Wrong items delivered: item must be in original packaging, show no signs of usage and include all accessories
Fashion (Clothing, Shoes, Accessories): Item must be with its original packaging, original tags, show no signs of usage and include any add-ons or freebies
No it is not within 7 days of delivery.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns if it has already been 7 days since delivery. Should you detect any defect with the product and the time frame for returns has elapsed, please contact the manufacturer directly to handle any warranty issues. You can still of course contact us to help you find the right service center.

How to Return
Contact Customer Service team to arrange a pick-up in Yangon. Call at (+95) 01 860 4371 / +95 09-970-160-006 or by emailing [email protected] to lodge a return.

  • Please state your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, the reason and your refund method preference.
  • If you received a Returns Form with your order, please fill it and send with the item(s).
  • will arrange for retrieval of your return. AIG riders will give you a receipt, indicating number of item(s) picked for return processing
  • In case we do not serve your area directly, customer service will give you the necessary details to send the item(s) back to us with our logistic partner. The shipping cost will be reimbursed in case your return is valid.
  • Upon arrival in our warehouse, we will conduct a quality check of the item(s).
  • If a return is invalid, then we will notify you and send the item(s) back to you.
  • If this check is successful, we will proceed with your return.


  • If you choose voucher, it can be re-used for transactions on This voucher will remain valid for three months.
  • If you choose the Bank Transfer the Customer service will get in touch with you in order to get your bank account details.

  • For electronics, returns only apply to sealed or defective items
