Need to return a product?
You may return products if you received the wrong product, faulty product or if your item is covered in return period.
Can the item be returned?
The following product types cannot be returned:
Is it within 7 days from date of delivery?
Yes it is within 7 days of delivery:
Electronics and General Merchandise:
- Faulty products:
- Dead-on-arrival items: Items which do not turn on at arrival (replacement/voucher possible)
- Defective items: Items which do not function as described in specifications (repair/replacement).
- Wrong items delivered: item must be in original packaging, show no signs of usage and include all accessories
Fashion (Clothing, Shoes, Accessories): Item must be with its original packaging, original tags, show no signs of usage and include any add-ons or freebies
No it is not within 7 days of delivery.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns if it has already been 7 days since delivery. Should you detect any defect with the product and the time frame for returns has elapsed, please contact the manufacturer directly to handle any warranty issues. You can still of course contact us to help you find the right service center.
